| FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne and Express Mail arrive daily for pick- up and drop-off services; received packages can be signed for at the front desk upon request |

| Our cleaning service cleans offices daily at no tenant charge |

| Services can be offered to walk-in clients for a case-by-case fee |

| A fully operational copy/mail room is located on the first floor-- this includes a state-of-the-art copy machine, personalized mail slots and all FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne and Express Mail shipping supplies. |
| A private copy code is supplied with a bulk amount of copies (of tenant's choice) and billed monthly at $0.10 per copy |
